Based on Washington Post columnist David Ignatius’ 2007 novel about a CIA operative, Roger Ferris (Leonardo DiCaprio), who uncovers a lead on a major terrorist leader suspected to be operating out of Jordan. When Ferris devises a plan to infiltrate his network, he must first win the backing of cunning CIA veteran Ed Hoffman (Russell Crowe) and the collegial, but perhaps suspect, head of Jordanian intelligence.

Leonardo DiCaprio Buys Green Condo in New York

Leonardo DiCaprio recently bought an apartment that is being touted by environmentalists as one of New York's greenest condominiums.

DiCaprio has reportedly bought a unit in the new eco-friendly Riverhouse development on the waterfront in Manhattan's Battery Park City, said an article posted on New York magazine's web site.

The condos in the soon-to-be-completed 264-unit highrise have been LEED-certified gold, which is the second-highest rating for green buildings.

DiCaprio was seen riding his bike several times to the site's sales office, but his publicist would only say:

"Riverhouse is a prime example of how green technology is both accessible and achievable for new residential developments - it is a groundbreaking building."

The highrise also boasts a pool, yoga studio, children's playroom, rooftop green landscaping, rotating photovoltaic cells that follow the trajectory of the sun, a media cafe, free bike storage and a dog spa.

Leo DiCaprio Going to Court Over a Court

Poor Leo DiCaprio!  All he wanted to do was build his own personal basketball court in his backyard and his neighbors are pitching a fit.  Of course, that could have something to do with him crossing onto their property, cutting and removing hedges and tearing up earth which they say "destabilized" their decking and pool.  Some people are just so touchy.

The neighbors, Ronald and Joan Linclau, claim the damage to their property has been ongoing since the King of the World started his little renovation project in July 2004.  And it took them almost three years to decide enough was enough, apparently.  They're claiming $250,000 in damages and say they have repeatedly asked Leo to stop and he ignored them.  But did they ask nice, that's the question.
