A New York judge has released without bail a man accused of stalking TV talk show host Tyra Banks.
According to the New York Post, Brady Green was released by Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Anthony Ferrara after the 37-year-old was arrested outside the building where The Tyra Banks Show is taped.
Banks has alleged that Green has followed her across the United States as she tapes her show. Green pleaded guilty in 2006 to selling marijuana and his appearance in the criminal court prompted Ferrara to issue a protection order for Banks.
At least one producer at the New York studio where Banks shoots her talk show is not convinced the order will be enough to prevent Green's return:
"There's no security at this building. It's very scary."
