Shia LaBeouf: Running From The Law
Shia LaBeouf is in trouble with the law again. That's right: after being arrested last summer for drunkenly refusing to leave a Walgreen's a bench warrant has now been issued for him for dun, dun, DUN...public smoking. Quick, everyone lock your doors! Shia's on the loose!
The arrest warrant was issued after he didn't appear for a court date to answer for the February 18th ticket, per TMZ. He got the ticket for smoking outside a gift shop called Skybluepink.
Let's see: does smoking trump drunk and disorderly drug store-ing? In California it seriously might. We're kind of anal with our public smoking laws. Which is fine by me, as I hate cigarette smoke, but if you do partake you're really out of luck unless you basically hole up in your car or house.
So, what's next? Perhaps Shia can forget to put change in a parking meter. Don't try to stop him, people--he's a menace to society!
