Robin Williams And Wife Call It Quits
Robin Williams' wife of 19 years, Marsha Garces Williams, has filed for divorce. As reported in the San Francisco Chronicle, the petition was filed on March 21 on the grounds of irreconcilable differences--which is what all divorces in California cite as the reason. The only other allowable grounds? Incurable insanity. Insert your own joke.
The couple wed in April 1989 after having met when Garces was the nanny for Williams' oldest son, Zachary, with his first wife. That's right--she was the original hand that rocked the cradle and why, to this day, nannies get a bad rap.
Williams and Garces have two children together: Zelda and Cody. I certainly hope Robin has a pre-nup, as what he's got himself there is what is known in California as a long-term marriage (defined as anything over 10 years). What that means, monetarily, is that Marsha--who was also a producer on several of Robin's films--could bank a lot of bucks.
Personally, I cannot imagine living with that man for almost 20 years. I need a Valium just to watch him on a talk show.

Man, she is BUTT UGLY!! With his moulah, Robin can do much, much better than that. My only question is "what took him so long?"
