Are The Kids Choice Awards Gaining A Britney?

As if kids don't have it bad enough, what with curfews and not being able to get into bars, now comes OK! magazine's claim that Britney Spears will be making an appearance at the only awards show just for them, the aptly titled Kids Choice Awards.  Per a source:

"It's supposed to be top-secret, but everyone is already buzzing about it.  Her sister, Jamie Lynn, made such a splash at the event last year, Brit knows that she'll get as much if not more attention if she shows up this year."

Doesn't something being "top secret" preclude "everyone" from talking about it?  Though the notion of Brit Brit thinking "If Jamie Lynn can do it, then so can I!"  Was that what JL was thinking when she got knocked up?  What, it's a valid question.
